As you all know, GfG is a platform that has something exciting in store for their users all the time, here is this one fun filled event they have come up with called Greek-O-Lympics and we can’t keep calm!
All you have to do is, go on the link mentioned in the comment and REGISTER FOR THE
EVENT free of cost. Once you do that, you will get access to the calendar where you will be
able to see what all activities and events are upcoming.
THEY HAVE SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND NEW EVERYDAY ON THE WEBSITE from 1st
JULY -31st July where YOU CAN GET A CHANCE TO WIN REWARDS AND WOULD BE A GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE.
...........
You just have to attempt 8 beginner friendly DSA questions in 60 minutes.
Date and time of the contest: 16 July, 6pm to 7pm
Instructions for the contest:
● Languages supported for the DSA problems are C++, Java, and Python.
● Each submission will be tested based on our critical test data.
● There is a 5% penalty for each wrong submission. For example, if a problem is 100
marks and a participant makes a wrong submission, his marks are reduced to 95. After
the next wrong submission of the same problem, his marks are further reduced to 90.25
and so on. Therefore, it is suggested to use ‘Compile and Test’ against sample test
cases before each submission.
● Questions may have hints that can be used when you are stuck in a problem. Marks are
deducted on the usage of hints.
● Please refrain from discussing strategy during the contest. All submissions are run
through a plagiarism detector. Any case of code plagiarism will reduce the score of the
concerned participants to 0.
