If he did, can someone tell us who decides that a booster for a person is more important than a cancer patient. Where is the risk benefit analysis on that?

Also, we would refer you back to Article 3 Human Rights.

Denying a cancer patient a follow up appt could very well amount to inhumane treatment.

The state owes a positive obligation to all residents and cannot just throw one section under the bus to save a few.
