I updated the logic to able to fetch only trending posts ordered by weekly so last week post will not be on top

- new suggested channels added
- following tab added so you can see only channels you follow in that tab, instead of seeing all posts in one feed from all channels
Achieved:
- reached more than 100 users
- 🤧 got 2 active users (me) and one user I don't know
