You have no idea how many minutes I killed 🤧 just to make a balance so the plug works

So let me tell you why I pull all-nighters sometimes:

* it's not bcuz am workaholic bal bal, there is something in psychology regarding reward and punishment, something like y'all know, "becha"

so whenever I am unable to do my daily tasks (because I wasted time on the internet since I don't have a boss, so my time is in my own hands), I punish myself by pulling all-nighters so I can finish the day's tasks. And yeah, that's it. But the bad thing is, your body is going to adapt to the reward or the punishment. Well, if it adapts to the reward, it's good for you, but in my case, it's adapting to the punishment 🤧
