Migrate your portfolio if it's built with React to raw HTML with Tailwind CSS CDN or Next.js

The reason I say this is because I was applying for Afterquery job posts, and I'm pretty sure there are a lot of applicants. Probably, they will have or maybe an agent that will scrape our portfolio, and React is not scrapeable. Trust me I worked on so many web scraping projects. React just renders so much JavaScript code, not raw data, and it needs a browser to execute it. Normal request libraries wouldn't achieve that. So, migrate to the old days or Next.js 😁

Mine(kassdag.antsar.et) is is just single index.html,Tailwind CSS, and raw js

Joining software wasn't even my plan at that time.

When I was a freshman, I met a couple of people, and they talked a lot, tbh One of the topics was joining medicine and software is hard. Most of the time, when I'm around people I used to joke a lot and still I do that

Idk for some reason it habesha culture idk but if some one is always funny around ppl they will not taken as serious person and I felt undermined by those people. They told me joining software was impossible for me because they already told themselves that. My mind took that seriously and I changed my plan from CS to SWE

All my freshman year was studying hard still i never even went to haramay lake(which is done by all fresh students 😁)

and thanks to God, I did that joined Swe just to prove they were wrong. Even though I joined SWE, I still don't feel anything. I still regret living that year just to prove they were wrong. I should have minded my own business.

I took my lesson, and after that year, for anyone who tried to do that, I just ignore them. I don't care at all what they say. I don't want another year to be wasted just to prove... oh God, how stupid I was. Maybe I'm still doing wrong things, but I will not repeat my mistakes.

The moral of the story is: don't waste your time and change your plan just to prove to Mr. X and Ms. Y that you can do that. Let them call you a loser and be a winner in your own game, field, and plan 🙌
