Here's an example of trading gold on a 15-minute time frame. If gold was on your list, you would have had 2 losses and 6 wins over the last 7 trading days. 👌

If you're trading without a plan, you could randomly select 2 losses from gold, another 2 from EUR/USD, and perhaps 1 win from another currency pair.

To improve your trading consistency, it's important to have a plan. 💪 Start on monday by selecting two pairs or 3 and sticking to a specific time frame (15min is my favorite). Test it in a demo account or with a small live account to limit your risk while you fine-tune your approach.

During the Asian trading session, I see some signals on the 5-min and 15-min. There were both wins and losses, but overall it's looking good. However, I don't trade during the Asian session. I only trade during the London (Not on Monday) and US sessions (not on Friday).
