“We strongly condemn the People’s Republic of China’s (P.R.C.) sentencing of Swedish citizen Gui Minhai on February 24. We call on the PRC government to release him immediately and unconditionally. We will continue to stand with our partners and allies to promote greater respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms in China.”
