Recently saw a post regarding computer graphics, like next gen shit and how hard this days to make a leap that was done previously due to the fact we already like so good and yada-yada. Y2K is the year and bla bla
So the thing is. Author asked what was the game that you felt like this wow effect of next genβ¦when you brains went out of the room screaming and pooping rainbowsβ¦
Most of the replies to this were like oh the Half-Life 2, or RDR2 or some other game from 2010s or late 2000s
And I was like whaaaaaaat? Rly? Damn.
I was so overwhelmed with the graphics of Need For Speed IIIβ¦. after playing two version of available races to me back on DOS systemβ¦ and that was like 90s
No nostalgia just a fact

Talked to my friends and colleagues of mine and understood that there is so much of what should be talked about and there is such a lack of professional media about real design and the industry that someone needs to fill the gap with some sort of weekly or monthly podcast.
