Ищем Офис-менеджера/Ассистента СЕО (Ларнака, Кипр)

Описание работы
Мы ищем профессионального офис-менеджера, который присоединится к нашей команде и будет поддерживать
повседневную работу нашего офиса.
График работы 5/2, с 9:00 до 18:00 (суббота, воскресенье -выходные)

Обязанности:

● Управление приемной, включая прием клиентов, сотрудников и гостей
● Обеспечение бесперебойной работы офиса и заказ канцелярских принадлежностей при
необходимости
● Контроль за чистотой офисных помещений и управление техническим обслуживанием офиса
● Выполнение общих административных задач
● Поддержка в деловых поездках (покупка авиабилетов, бронирование жилья, сбор необходимых документов)
● Управление офисным бюджетом, обеспечение точной и своевременной отчетности
● Отвечать на телефонные звонки, электронные письма и принимать сообщения
Ведение офисной работы, ведение офисных расходов и документооборота, платежей
Сопровождение работы CEO (выполнение поручений, связанных с рабочими вопросами, изредка личных поручений)

Требования:

● Отличные навыки устного и письменного общения
● Свободное владение русским языком и разговорным английским (знание греческого является преимуществом)
● Подтвержденный опыт работы секретарем, офис-менеджером, личным помощником
● Владение MS Office и офисным оборудованием
● Отличные навыки тайм-менеджмента, умение расставлять приоритеты в работе, внимание к деталям
● Сильные организационные навыки и навыки планирования в быстро меняющейся среде
● Чувство юмора и стрессоустойчивость
● Обязательно наличие водительского удостоверения
