Наши офисы находятся на Кипре, в Испании и Канаде. Это хорошая возможность применить свой опыт и знания в уникальном highload-проекте, в команде отличных специалистов.
Мы не гарантируем рокетсайнс задач, но обещаем, что нужно будет принимать активное участие в разработке архитектуры новых сервисов на Python. Отдел только формируется и не будет возможности сказать о том, что “так исторически сложилось” или “это так сделали до меня“.
Через некоторое время (4-8 месяцев, в зависимости от скорости решения текущих задач на этапе формирования отдела и переноса части логики проекта с Go на Python), мы ожидаем, что большая часть задач будет связана с машинным обучением и нейронными сетями. Мы ищем талантливого человека с восхитительным чувством юмора, даром убеждения, аналитическим складом ума и знанием английского на уровне, достаточном для полноценного, свободного (письменного и устного) общения с коллегами из разных стран.
Обязанности:
• Ведение телефонных переговоров, переписки с клиентами/партнерами, деловое общение в мессенджерах и по электронной почте;
• Выстраивание и развитие долгосрочных B2B отношений;
• Коммуникация с коллегами работающими над проектом;
• Поездки в командировки на специализированные выставки для знакомства с новыми потенциальными партнерами и обсуждения возможностей сотрудничества при необходимости.
Ожидания:
• Постоянное проживание на Кипре или готовность к самостоятельной релокации в ближайшее время (при нашем консультационном сопровождении и содействии в получении рабочей визы);
• Релевантный опыт работы с иностранным рынком от 1го года;
•Умение быстро осваивать новую информацию, справляться с нестандартными ситуациями;
• Английский язык уровня B2 и выше, наличие бизнес вакабуляра;
• Умение четко формулировать и доносить мысли;
• Ответственное отношение и внимание к деталям.
Будет плюсом:
• Опыт привлечения клиентов "в холодную", полный цикл;
• Опыт ведения и контроля многоэтапных сделок;
• Опыт управления небольшим коллективом.

You will be doing:
• Analyze, locate and support Customers with the solutions of their issues
• Collaborate with internal Development and Testing Teams on issues solving

• Track tickets in Jira
• Being able writing complex PostgreSQL queries
We expect that you:
• Strive to help customers to find the best solution of their issue
• Have excellent knowledge of database management systems, preferably PostgreSQL
• English at least B2/C1 level, you'll be communicating a lot with foreign colleagues
• Time management – strict compliance with SLA, prompt response. Must have experience with different bug-tracking systems, esp. Jira
