Conduct seminars and workshops on affiliate programs and core products.

Devise and implement an initiative that will engender an increase returns on investments.

Ensure that continuous communication takes place with affiliate partners on an everyday basis

Handle budget submissions and marketing and sales programs

Senior office manager

Responsibilities:
- keep the corporate database up to date (information about employees, contracts, corporate equipment, etc.);
- cooperate with vendors of products or services, external providers, and monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions;
- monitor the quality of provided services for the office building maintenance, engineering systems, routine repairs of facilities, cleaning, equipment, and furniture repair;
- collect feedback from employees, offer ideas to improve the office;
purchase and keep records of corporate equipment, arrange repairs of equipment;
- manage the purchasing of materials, equipment, office furniture, and supplies;
monitor compliance with requirements for labor protection, fire, and occupational safety, and interact with state supervisory authorities;
- inform employees about internal changes in the operation of the office, changes in legislation, and administrative procedures.

Our expectations:
- at least three years of experience in the role of an administrative manager;
- written and spoken English at the advanced level or above;
- ability to analyze information, make conclusions, identify risks, and offer solutions.

Desirable:
- Greek fluency;
- management experience.
