Data-Driven Lab — международная IT-компания с офисами в Белграде и Лимассоле. Мы разрабатываем продукты для разных сфер бизнеса: fintech, edtech, analysis. Cейчас они представлены в 150 странах. В нашей команде более 450 человек, и мы ищем инициативного офис-менеджера для поддержания всех процессов в офисах Кипра.


Что нужно делать:
- Поддерживать порядок и комфорт в офисе: организация закупки продуктов, посуды, бытовой техники, мебели и канцелярии;
- Решать бытовые, организационные и административные вопросы в офисах;
- Проводить инвентаризацию мебели и техники;
- Вести бюджет;
- Осуществлять поиск и оформление новых подрядчиков;
- Учавствовать в организации корпоративных мероприятий;
- Взаимодействовать с курьерскими службами и почтой;


Идеальный кандидат:
- Имеет опыт работы на позиции офис-менеджера/администратора офиса от 1 года.
- Владеет русским, английским (не ниже Upper Intermediate) и может легко на них общаться.

Будет преимуществом:
- Владение греческим языком на уровне В1 и выше.
- Наличие личного автомобиля.
