Senior Software Developers (with over 5 years of experience) and Mid Seniors Developers (with over 2 years of experience) with passion for making the world a better codebase while working on the next generation of fintech. We are open to candidates with a variety of tech stack knowledge and are happy to support our developers with learning new and needed tech stacks for specific projects.

2️⃣Candidate Location:
Due to the current situation, we are only able to start the recruitment process with Senior Developers and Tech Leads that are based outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine (or with relocation plans) with valid (or soon to be valid) working permits in any EU and non-EU countries.

❗️Key responsibilities:

Account Manager

The key goal for the Account Manager role is to maintain and lead a customer first approach in all aspects of the role to ensure customer excellence.

Key business processes

Supervising client onboarding process. Cross-department interactions with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Developers. Monitoring client payments target success rates and planned volumes. Working closely with the Operations Team on client funds regular settlements. Supervise technical support requests. Work with the Business Development Department. Account Manager functions

Managing client onboarding process;

Account Manager required experience and background
Actual experience in the similar role or sales manager role with the track record for at least one year in Payment Service Provider or IT Company with the FinTech specialization;

Microsoft office advanced user;
CRM, Helpdesk and Project management systems advanced user;
Knowledge of Asana, Freshdesk, Jira will be an advantage;
Bachelor degree in Finance or Technical science will be an advantage;
