You have strong expertise in one or certain of the following practices:
Corporate law
Advising on corporate law related matters under Cyprus and EU Law. Managing and supervising fiduciary providers and secretarial services. Intellectual Property

Resolve IP infringement issues, including online brand protection. Advising the business in regard to copyright matters (including obtaining relevant licenses, copyright clearance and use of third-party copyright works). Managing IP licenses and assignments drafting and cooperating closely with commercial counsels to ensure the quality of IP related provisions in contractual workflow.
Commercial
Managing, drafting and negotiating multiple commercial agreements (license, marketing, publishing, partnership agreements etc.). Working with product teams and administrative departments on commercial deals with key contractors and strategic partners. Working closely with the business development team to improve the contractual workflow.
