- Полное операционное управление загородной резиденцией и координация работы всех служб объекта;

• Perform daily reconciliation of turnovers and balances, ensuring full accuracy and data integrity
• Proactively identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and drive resolution
• Work closely with payment providers to resolve operational and financial issues
• Prepare accurate and timely settlement and reconciliation reports: daily / weekly / monthly
• Collaborate with internal teams: IT, Tech, Finance — to investigate and close reconciliation breaks
• Monitor payment flows across back-office systems and ensure consistency of data
• Detect system errors, inconsistencies, and process gaps — and take initiative to fix them
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and strengthening of internal controls
• Support ad hoc financial and operational tasks when needed
🗒 Requirements:
• Strong analytical mindset — you are comfortable working with large datasets and complex reconciliations
• High level of attention to detail and a natural ability to spot inconsistencies
• Solid understanding of payment flows and experience working with back-office systems
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems
• Proactive and ownership-driven approach — you don’t just find problems, you solve them
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams
• Fluent Russian
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

• Experience in fintech, payments, gaming, or high-volume transactional environments
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables; experience with large datasets is a plus
• Experience in process optimization or automation
