SAP support specialist

List of responsibilities:
1. Serve as first level of support for support requests.
2. Help users in repetitive requests/problems.
3. Create user manuals/video recordings, maintain knowledge base articles for applications/systems: SAP, DMS, CRM.
4. Maintain data master records: SKUs, internal orders and other upon request.
5. Other ad-hoc or repetitive simpler tasks.


Skills:
Must have:
1. Fluent English.
2. Education: bachelor in IT, accounting/finance or other areas related to business processes and administration.
3. Flexible and very efficient in learning and self-education.

As advantage:
4. Experience in any SAP or other ERP implementation or support.
5. Basic accounting knowledge . If not available – should be willing to complete one.
6. Basic programming skills. If not available – should be willing to complete basic ABAP course.
7. Willing to work on the intersection of IT, accounting and business processes.
8. Advanced user of MS Office including advanced user of Excel.

-Обширный опыт работы с распределенными системами;
- Вы переключалися между стеками, то это хорошо;
- Работали в условиях высоких требований к самостоятельности, то еще лучше. Ценно умение разбираться в сложных проблемах, рассуждение from first principles.

Будет плюсом опыт работы с:
-async-std, tokio или libp2p;
-криптографией, защитой персональных данных, опенсорсными продуктами.

Команда небольшая, всего 14 человек на данный момент, но планы увеличиться в два раза за год. Нет бюракратии, много свободы.

Young and ambitious FinTech company is expanding with the hire of a Product Owner to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of their own FX product.

The role as a Product Owner require a lot of responsibilities, you own the product, you run and prioritize new functionality and decide in cooperation with other stakeholders what will be included in new releases
You will work closely with the software developing team , legal, KYC, marketing, Operations, business development and Sales teams. YOu will need to know how every of each departments work and what needs to be done to take the product to be successful. Requirements and requests are continuously obtained from our customers for further handling in our roadmap / backlog

Responsibilities

Maintenance and improvement of the product to optimize digital acquisition funnel
Client acquisition chanel over partnership network (CPA and revenue share)
Client retention (support team training and client problems analysis)
Generation and prioritization of the backlog; work closely with engineers to deliver new features and functionality
Order and follow up delivery from the Development team.
Identify risks, opportunities and be responsible to drive activities to always improve the product
Build and develop the team


Your background:
First of all, we think that you’re a social, open minded person who loves to take responsibility. We believe you have at least 5 year experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a tech-focused firm. You should have an ability to work closely with engineers to deliver new features and ideally have the knowledge of FX, FinTech or Payments

You are driven and want to get things done. The ability to be both outgoing and analytical at the same time as you structure your work is second nature to you.
Furthermore you have/are:
· Good technical understanding
· First-class organizational and planning skills.
· Enthusiastic, driven and loves to connect & collaborate.
