Product Operations Manager

Продуктовая IT компания, которая занимается разработкой и поддержкой высоконагруженных проектов для крупных компаний, в том числе с мировой известностью, основная часть которых представляет собой B2B решения развлекательной, игровой и спортивной тематики, находится в поисках Product Operations Manager (Junior+/ Middle).

Чем предстоит заниматься:
-Поддерживать 1–2 GEO с постепенным расширением зоны ответственности
-Координировать задачи с PSP-менеджерами
-Поддержка продуктовых инициатив (тесты, миндепы, пресеты, локальные изменения)
-Контроль выполнения задач и follow-up
-Подготавливать данные и базовую аналитику по рынку

Что ожидаем:
-Понимание, как работает продукт
-Опыт взаимодействия с продуктовой и операционной командами
-Понимание метрик продукта (conversion, funnel, retention)
-Умение приоритизировать задачи
-Структурный подход к задачам
-Умение работать в рамках приоритетов
-Умение вести задачи до результата
-Командный формат работы
-Готовность развиваться внутри роли

В связи с ростом IT департамента, мы открываем вакансию на должность Senior Infrastructure Engineer.
Вакансия подразумевает релокацию вместе со всей семьей на Кипр, в г. Лимассол, и полное официальное трудоустройство.

Задачи:
*  Развитие и поддержка IT-инфраструктуры в высоконагруженном гео распределенном проекте;
*  Обеспечение бесперебойной работы инфраструктуры и сервисов;
*  Сопровождение bare-metal кластеров k8s;
*  Сопровождение кластеров Clickhouse, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Aerospike;
*  Автоматизация процессов;
*  Обнаружение потенциальных проблем и участие в создании решения по их устранению;
*  Поиск, тестирование и внедрение новых решений, помогающих оптимизировать текущие процессы и повысить качество предоставляемых услуг;


Наши ожидания от тебя:
*  Опыт администрирования Linux серверов;
*  Опыт администрирования Kubernetes;
*  Опыт администрирования ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis;
*  Опыт работы с брокерами сообщений (Kafka);
*  Понимание принципов IaC;
*  Prometheus stack;
*  ELK/EFK;


Будет плюсом:
* Опыт работы с Aerospike, GitLab CI, Ansible;
* Знание любого скриптового языка программирования.

🧪 Hiring: Middle+/Senior Manual QA Engineer (Fintech | Cyprus)

Requirements: • 3+ years hands-on manual testing • Fintech / payments domain experience (mandatory) • Strong backend & API testing (Postman, Swagger, APIDog) • Log analysis & monitoring (Grafana, Kibana) • Deep understanding of STLC, test design & QA processes • Strong test documentation skills

Responsibilities: • Functional, regression & exploratory testing • Full-cycle testing of payment provider integrations • API validation (auth, callbacks, webhooks, error handling) • End-to-end payment flow testing (onboarding → processing → reconciliation) • Bug triage, root cause analysis & release quality ownership • Investigate complex, cross-system issues • Maintain traceable test cases linked to requirements • Collaborate closely with Engineering & Product

Nice to have: • Experience with payment systems, MIDs, PSPs • GRPC & event-driven architecture testing • Product-oriented mindset
