🚀 Задачи:
- Закупка, учёт и выдача оборудования (ноутбуки, мониторы, периферия)
- Ведение базы IT-активов (серийные номера, статусы, ответственные)
- Планирование апгрейдов и замены оборудования
- Обеспечение стабильной работы сети и интернета
- Настройка и поддержка сетевого оборудования (Wi-Fi, роутеры, коммутаторы)
- Мониторинг и устранение сетевых инцидентов
- Поддержка пользователей (helpdesk, решение технических проблем)
- Онбординг и оффбординг сотрудников (настройка доступов, выдача/возврат техники)
- Установка и настройка ОС (macOS, Windows) и рабочего ПО
- Управление лицензиями
- Администрирование сервисов: Google Workspace, Slack, Miro
- Настройка доступов, групп, политик безопасности
- Документирование процессов и решений
- Автоматизация рутинных задач и улучшение IT-процессов

🎯 Требования:
- Опыт работы System Administrator / IT Support / IT Administrator
- Опыт поддержки пользователей и решения технических задач
- Опыт администрирования macOS и Windows
- Опыт работы с Google Workspace, Slack, Miro или аналогами
- Базовое понимание сетей (LAN, Wi-Fi, маршрутизация)
- Будет плюсом:, опыт автоматизации, опыт работы с MDM, понимание основ информационной безопасности
- Английский: A2–B1

What you'll do:
— Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter)
