About the Company
R2P Invest operates as part of a global group focused on analysis, acquisition, and resolution of non performing loan portfolios (NPLs) across Central & Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas. The company invests directly in NPL portfolios or indirectly via partner entities, and also provides loans to related companies. Revenue is generated through portfolio performance, investment returns, and interest on intercompany lending.

Role Summary
The Business Analyst will support strategic and operational decision making by providing financial, portfolio level, market, and performance analysis. The role is central to enhancing reporting frameworks, supporting investment evaluation, and strengthening data driven processes as the company scales. Bridging the gap between business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

2. Data Management & Process Optimization

Required Qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or Power BI is a must.
• Ability to work with cross border data and collaborate with international teams.
• High attention to detail and strong problem solving mindset.

Strategy & Go-To-Market

Ищем Senior Python Developer (AI) в продуктовую команду, которая строит LLM-based решения, агентные системы и AI-инфраструктуру в продакшене.

🧠 Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Проектировать и развивать LLM-based архитектуру
- Разрабатывать AI-агентов (ReAct, planning, routing, handoff, memory management)
- Интегрировать RAG (chunking-стратегии, vector DB, MCP, внешние API)
- Управлять контекстным окном и оптимизировать cost/latency
- Писать и оптимизировать промпты, внедрять guardrails
- Строить observability AI-систем:

Relocation & People Specialist 📑

📌 Что предстоит делать:

— Сопровождать сотрудников в процессе релокации: консультировать по требованиям, документам и этапам оформления;
— Самостоятельно собирать и проверять пакеты документов перед передачей юристам;
— Быть связующим звеном между сотрудниками и юридическими консультантами;
— Контролировать сроки и статусы кейсов, вести несколько процессов параллельно;
— Оказывать организационную поддержку при переезде: помощь с бронированием и покупкой авиабилетов, гостиниц / временного жилья;
— Помогать сотрудникам с первичной адаптацией на Кипре;
— Взаимодействовать с HR-командой по текущим операционным задачам.

💯 Ожидания:

— Опыт работы с релокацией / визовыми процессами от 1 года;
