❗️Who do we need:
We need a person with helpdesk-like experience to help our current users in Paphos, both external and internal, with their everyday tasks as well as helping our dev teams with debugging new software rollouts.
You’re expected to check if our software is working as intended, install new hardware and provide remote access if something goes wrong.
