សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា​ អញ្ជើញ​ចូលរួមជាអធិបតីជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម ឡេ មិញហ៊ឹង (Le Minh Hung) នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ចំនួន៦ ឯកសារ ៖

១-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នារវាងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងគ្រឿងញៀននៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងសន្តិសុខសាធារណៈនៃ សាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសាងសង់ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិព្យាបាល និងស្តារនីតិសម្បទាអ្នកញៀនគ្រឿងញៀន ស្វាយរៀង។

២-កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាមស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើ វិស័យអប់រំសម្រាប់រយៈពេល ២០២៦-២០៣០។

៣-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីការអភិរក្ស និងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្តូប មិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម នៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជារវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។

៤-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសន្តិសុខ រវាងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងសន្តិសុខសាធារណៈ នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។

៥-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ស្តីពីការបង្កើតគណៈកម្មាធិការ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មចម្រុះរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។

៦-កិច្ចសម្របសម្រួលជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្វេភាគីរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។

His Excellency Le Minh Hung, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, and I witnessed the signing of six documents as follows:

1. Memorandum of Understanding between the National Authority for Combating Drugs of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam for Cooperation on the Construction of the National Center for Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation in Svay Rieng.

2. Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam on Education Cooperation for 2026-2030.

3. Memorandum of Understanding on the Preservation and Promotion of the Cambodia-Viet Nam Friendship Monument in Cambodia between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.

4. Memorandum of Understanding on Security Cooperation between the National Information Technology Center of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.

5. Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of the Joint Trade Committee between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.

6. Arrangement on Bilateral Trade Enhancement between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
