Every day I write about #osint (Open Source Intelligence) tools and techniques. Also little bit about forensics and cybersecurity in general. Work in https://t.me/netlas

9 out of 10 people I tried to talk to about #OSINT in real life had no idea what it was. But the popularity of the topic will grow every year!
The #cybersquatters are already ready for it! But there are still many "juicy" and free #osint domains

Aline

A very simple tool that simply downloads files of a certain type, located on a certain domain and indexed by #Google.

Ex:
python3 http://aline.py -d http://nytimes.com -f pdf

(files can then be analyzed with any metadata tools)

Pixsy

An interesting example of using #reverseimagesearch for photographers and artists.
Pixsy allows to upload pictures from computer, social networks or cloud storages, and then search for their duplicates and check if they are copyrighted.

Work bad
As a resident of Russia, I mostly use and recommend Yandex Images Search. But... Lately I have been forced to admit that Bing Visual Search is very, very good too! Especially in text recognition.

But for quality results, it is better to use several tools at once for reverse image search http://revesesearch.com allows to upload an image once and immediately search for it in #Google, #Yandex, and #Bing. #osint #imgint
Sometimes even three tools for reverse image search may not be enough. If this is the case, you can go to my #osint tools collection and find a list of others there. There are only 13 so far, but I'm actively working on adding more.
