Cabbage pork ribs soup (added dried cuttlefish for extra flavour, and leftover fish maw from CNY & the forgotten pork skin). Takes 1hr. #homecookingideas
Mala xiang guo. Jus throw in your favourite / leftover ingredients. But you need 2 uncommon (in most Sg home) ingredients, i.e. spicy bean paste & mala chilli oil. Takes 15-30min depending on number of ingredients. (NB: CX Kitchen’s mala chilli oil available for order. No preservative & best ingredients only.) #homecookingideas
Great news! Some of my condiments & well received dishes are made available for take away. Price list available at https://forms.gle/Txo5oBRoYxYSKeQJA. Orders takes 3-5 days. Self-collect or self-arranged delivery.
Wonton mee | wrapped my own wonton & freeze; served with my xo sauce & sambal chilli (all available for order on Telegram/cxkitchen channel). Takes only 5min. Definitely healthier & better than instant noodle!!! #homecookingideas
You can do this at home in under 10min! Fried fish bee hoon #炸鱼米粉. Deep fried 1kg of batang fish & freeze (or you can order from me, I will do the troublesome chore for you). Cook fish in a pot of ikan bilis stock using #Knorr ikan bilis cube (or you can boil your own stock but that will take at least 20min). Add your favourite veggies & condiments & evaporated milk & not forgetting my crispy shallots. #homecookingideas
Lamb rack with aglio olio & asparagus. This is easy to cook except that it’s an expensive cut. Good celebratory dish though. If you are ordering my Made-to-order items, I might be able to help you buy the entire rack at a good price, just check with me. (No commission ;-) #homecookingideas

Sorry friends, CX Kitchen will close for now. Dine-in after circuit breaker at my place. 😉
Regret to say “Made-to-order” has to stop as well, despite feeling that it’s safer to buy from me. Anyway, I’ll just keep the #homecookingideas alive. Thanks for those who ordered & enjoyed the food. 💖
HK-style cha siu is actually not difficult to make at home. Just takes time & causes a wonderful aroma in the house.
