Mala xiang guo. Jus throw in your favourite / leftover ingredients. But you need 2 uncommon (in most Sg home) ingredients, i.e. spicy bean paste & mala chilli oil. You can do this at home in under 10min! Fried fish bee hoon #炸鱼米粉. Deep fried 1kg of batang fish & freeze (or you can order from me, I will do the troublesome chore for you). Cook fish in a pot of ikan bilis stock using #Knorr ikan bilis cube (or you can boil your own stock but that will take at least 20min). Add your favourite veggies & condiments & evaporated milk & not forgetting my crispy shallots. #homecookingideas
