It is quite easy to do claypot rice at home. Only takes 15min to cook, excluding 1hr to marinate the chicken. Let me walk you through. #homecookingideas
Pic 1: Marinate the chicken parts with oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, dark soy sauce & 3 cloves smashed garlic.
Wash the rice & use the rice cooker pot to measure the water level, but take away half a cup of water.
Lightly fry the salted fish & sausage. Set aside. Do not wash the pot.
