GoCD is a continuous deliver server. From 13.3.0 until 26.1.0, GoCD does not correctly encode and escape malicious material modification comments that mimic the special trackback format used by package materials when rendering the Stage Detail, Job/Build Detail, Value Stream Map, and Pipeline History views. A user with write access to a material tracked by GoCD can store arbitrary HTML or JavaScript in a forged package material comment, which executes in the browser session of a user who later views an affected page. Exploitation requires a victim to view a page that renders the malicious modification, and GoCD does not render every material comment in every view. Successful exploitation can expose a privileged user session or allow changes using the victim's credentials and privileges. This issue is fixed in version 26.1.0.

OpenBao is an open source identity-based secrets management system. Prior to 2.6.0, templated ACL, PKI, and SSH policies could substitute attacker-controlled identity data without rejecting syntax-significant characters. In ACL templated policies, asterisks, plus signs, and slashes could alter path matching. In PKI allowed_uri_sans_template and allowed_domains policies, an asterisk could broaden certificate issuance to unauthorized domains. In SSH allowed_users and allowed_domains policies, a comma could add unauthorized principals. Exploitation requires a deployment to use templated policy data that users can freely modify; templates based on the randomly generated identity.entity.id value are not affected. This could allow privilege escalation, unauthorized access, and unauthorized certificate issuance. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.0.

RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. From 4.1.0 until 4.3.3, 4.2.9, and 4.1.11, Stream Management Super-Stream Binding Keys Allocation Allows Low-Privilege Node Denial of Service. rabbitMQ 4.3.1 with rabbitmqstreammanagement enabled accepts PUT /api/stream/super-streams/{vhost}/{name} requests from an authenticated management user that can access the target vhost. A low-privileged management user with vhost access but no configure, write, or read permission can therefore force large transient allocations before the resource permission check. RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. From 4.2.0 until 4.2.9 and 4.3.3, the Shovel parameter parser converted attacker-controlled runtime parameter values into non-garbage-collected Erlang atoms before bounding them or checking a fixed allowlist. Exploitation requires network access to the Management HTTP API, valid credentials with both the management and policymaker tags, permission to set Shovel runtime parameters on a vhost, and the rabbitmq_shovel and rabbitmq_shovel_management plugins to be enabled. The attacker can exhaust the node-wide atom table and deny service, and malicious parameters are stored durably and reparsed when workers start, so atom pressure can recur after restart without a live attacker connection. This issue is fixed in versions 4.2.9 and 4.3.3.

Exploitation requires an attacker with queue configure permission, a management administrator who can see but cannot read that queue, and the administrator clicking Get Message(s). A queue name containing a base element can then retarget the automatic relative refresh because the Content Security Policy omits base-uri and connect-src, and an attacker endpoint that permits the management origin through CORS can receive the victim's Authorization header. This issue is fixed in versions 3.13.19, 4.0.24, 4.1.15, 4.2.10, and 4.3.5.

Zammad is a web based open source helpdesk/customer support system. Prior to 7.1.2, zammad's HTML sanitizer, which blocks remote images in ticket articles and email views, can be bypassed using a shortened URL format that omits the double slash after the scheme (for example a shortened HTTP URL instead of a shortened HTTP URL). Modern browsers treat both forms as equivalent remote URLs. As a result, an attacker who sends a crafted email or ticket can cause the recipient's browser to silently load an image from an external server, revealing when and by whom the ticket was opened. Zammad's "remote content blocked" warning is not shown because the sanitizer does not recognize the shortened form as remote. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.2.

CliInvoke is a .NET library for invoking command-line programs, and its `CliInvoke.Specializations` packages provide specialized wrappers for shells such as PowerShell and Windows Command Prompt. `CliInvoke.Specializations` versions 2.2.0 through 2.8.4, 2.9.0 through 2.9.3, 2.10.0 through 2.10.4, 3.0.0-alpha.1 through 3.0.0-alpha.4, and 3.0.0-alpha.8 through 3.0.0-alpha.10, as well as `AlastairLundy.CliInvoke.Specializations` versions 1.0.0-rc.1 through 1.6.1.1, contain an OS command injection vulnerability in their PowerShell and Cmd wrappers. The wrappers pass a caller-controlled target and arguments to `pwsh -Command` or `cmd /c` using a single `ProcessStartInfo.Arguments` string, allowing a double quote in untrusted input to break operating-system-level quoting and cause the shell to execute an additional command with the host process's privileges. π¨ CVE-2026-93682
When the HTTP stream wrapper follows a redirect and the response carries a Location header with an empty value, the redirect code reads one byte past the end of the heap buffer holding the location. The value of that out-of-bounds byte decides which redirect target is built, so a malicious server controls whether the client is sent to the host root or to the current directory.
