🚨 CVE-2026-47256
OpenTelemetry, also known as OTel, is a vendor-neutral open source Observability framework for instrumenting, generating, collecting, and exporting telemetry data such as traces, metrics, and logs. Prior to 0.154.0, the Sentry exporter reads the remote OTLP sender-controlled service.name resource attribute in exporter/sentryexporter/sentry_exporter.go through extractProjectSlug and getOrCreateProjectEndpoint, passes the raw project slug to GetOTLPEndpoints and GetProjectKeys in exporter/sentryexporter/sentry_client.go, and interpolates it into a Sentry API URL without applying projectSlugRegexp through validateRoutingConfig at runtime in exporter/sentryexporter/config.go. Special characters can turn the expected path suffix into query data in all deployments or introduce slash and dot segments that traverse paths when the Sentry deployment normalizes them, while the Collector attaches its operator-configured bearer token to the request. A successful request can reach token-authorized administrative, organization, member, or key endpoints within the configured Sentry organization, and an attacker-controlled project slug can redirect subsequently exported telemetry. Sentry token middleware prevents cross-organization access. This issue is fixed in version 0.154.0.

🚨 CVE-2026-44202
Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.1, the /sessionservice addSessionListener operation allows an authenticated user to register an arbitrary notification URL without requiring an administrative or application client token. SessionRequestHandler passes the attacker-controlled destination to the session listener service, causing the OpenAM server to make outbound requests and potentially disclose session-related notification data to an attacker-controlled destination. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.1.

🚨 CVE-2026-46619
Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.1, MSISDNValidation in the MSISDN authentication module concatenates the request-supplied MSISDN value into an LDAP search filter without escaping, while the default empty trusted-gateway list allows all traffic. In a realm where an MSISDN module is enabled in a reachable authentication chain, an unauthenticated remote attacker can inject LDAP filter metacharacters, select an arbitrary matching user, and obtain a normal authenticated OpenAM session without a password. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.1.

🚨 CVE-2026-62379
Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.2, the pre-authentication /authservice PLL endpoint accepts a CustomCallback XML element whose className value selects an arbitrary Java class for AuthXMLUtils to load and instantiate without verifying that it implements DSAMECallbackInterface. Default configurations expose the endpoint without authentication, allowing attacker-controlled class initialization and unsafe deserialization of a serialized Subject value to execute code in the server process. Enabling sunRemoteAuthSecurityEnabled does not prevent the vulnerable parsing and instantiation because its check occurs later. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.2.

🚨 CVE-2026-46495
OpenDJ is an LDAPv3 compliant directory service. Prior to 5.1.1, the JMX RMI connector in opendj-server-legacy/src/main/java/org/opends/server/protocols/jmx/RmiConnector.java processes attacker-controlled credential objects before authentication without a restrictive jmx.remote.rmi.server.credentials.filter.pattern, and RmiAuthenticator.authenticate in opendj-server-legacy/src/main/java/org/opends/server/protocols/jmx/RmiAuthenticator.java accepts an unconstrained Object array rather than a two-element String[]. When the JMX Connection Handler is enabled and its TCP listener is reachable, an unauthenticated remote attacker can submit a crafted serialized Java object and achieve code execution in the OpenDJ server process. The handler is disabled by default, and successful exploitation depends on the runtime classpath and Java version; remote code execution was demonstrated against OpenDJ 4.4.15 on JDK 11 with Jackson 2.12.6.1. This issue is fixed in 5.1.1.

🚨 CVE-2026-47215
SingularityCE and SingularityPRO are open source container platforms. Prior to SingularityCE 4.4.2 and SingularityPRO 4.3.9 and 4.1.14, incorrect path-string matching in the singularity.conf limit container paths directive allows a container in a sibling directory such as /data/safe-but-unsafe to be run when /data/safe is allowed under setuid mode. This permits a user to run a container from outside the administrator's configured path allowlist. Installations that do not use limit container paths are not affected. This issue is fixed in SingularityCE 4.4.2 and SingularityPRO 4.3.9 and 4.1.14.

🚨 CVE-2026-55774
OpenBao is an open source identity-based secrets management system. Prior to 2.5.5, an OpenBao user with access to sys/leases/revoke/:lease_id in one namespace could revoke a lease in another namespace when the foreign lease_id was known, bypassing namespace ACL isolation. The affected lease lookup routing in vault/expiration.go allowed FetchLeaseInfo and loadEntry to resolve cached or stored lease data outside the request namespace, allowing a tenant that intentionally disclosed a lease identifier to have the lease and its underlying credential revoked by another tenant. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.5.

🚨 CVE-2026-55775
OpenBao is an open source identity-based secrets management system. Prior to 2.5.5, OpenBao users granted capabilities on /sys/namespaces/root within a non-root namespace could exploit special handling of the literal root path in namespace canonicalization. The /sys/namespaces/* endpoint family can resolve its containing namespace through a path prefix or X-Vault-Namespace header. ACL checks occurred before root canonicalized to an empty path, causing /sys/namespaces/root to resolve to the system backend's containing namespace and allowing permitted lookups, deletion, locking, or custom metadata changes against that direct containing namespace. The root namespace and arbitrary unrelated namespaces are not affected, and available operations depend on the capabilities granted on the path and subpaths such as /api-lock. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.5.

🚨 CVE-2026-54050
Sakai is a Collaboration and Learning Environment (CLE). From 23.0 until 23.5 and 25.3, the DELETE /api/users/{userId}/profile/image endpoint allows an authenticated user to delete another user's profile image because ProfileController.removeProfileImage() passes the attacker-controlled userId to ProfileServiceImpl.removeProfileImage() without verifying ownership, and profileImageUploadedRepository.deleteById(userId) removes the selected row. The related DELETE /api/users/{userId}/profile/pronunciation endpoint also omits session validation and ownership checks before ProfileServiceImpl.removePronunciationRecording() deletes the target user's recording. The upload path is not affected because it already verifies ownership, and superusers remain intentionally authorized to modify other profiles. Successful exploitation can repeatedly remove profile identity artifacts, including administrator and instructor images, and disrupt workflows that rely on those artifacts. This issue is fixed in versions 23.5, 25.3, and 26.0.

🚨 CVE-2026-97863
The cisco_firesight_manager_ACL_rule_export module in misp-modules generates a shell script (.sh) that authenticates to and calls the Cisco fireSIGHT Manager API. The module interpolates configuration values (IP address, login, password, domain ID, policy ID) and MISP attribute values (destination IPs, URLs, event info comments) directly into single-quoted shell string assignments without any escaping or sanitization. Because the values are placed inside single-quoted shell strings, any value containing a single-quote character (e.g., a crafted ip-dst or url attribute value submitted to MISP) breaks out of the quoting context, allowing an attacker to inject arbitrary shell commands into the exported script. A security analyst who subsequently executes the generated .sh file unmodified would run the injected commands with their own privileges, potentially exposing fireSIGHT Manager credentials, modifying ACL rules, or compromising the analyst workstation. Additionally, the module contained a secondary defect where the variable 'config' was only assigned inside a conditional block but referenced unconditionally afterward, causing a NameError (denial of service) when the request payload lacked a 'config' key. The vulnerability requires the attacker to have the ability to submit MISP events or attributes containing a single-quote character and the victim to execute the exported script. No authentication bypass is required beyond standard MISP event-submission privileges.

🚨 CVE-2026-97898
Insecure Direct Object Reference / missing object-level authorization in the Akia keyless entry cloud service. The unlock action is relying on a client-supplied room/door identifier that is not properly authorized server-side against the authenticated guest's booking. An authenticated guest could unlock rooms other than their own, resulting in unauthorized physical access to guest rooms at an affected property.

As of 19th September 2026 the service is no more vulnerable to this attack (feedback received by the reporter).

The attack is remote but the effect is local to an affected property.

🚨 CVE-2026-100172
The AIL Framework (ail-project/ail-framework) contains a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in two Jinja2 templates that render popovers for matched, tracked, or tagged content: var/www/templates/chats_explorer/block_message.html and var/www/templates/objects/item/show_item.html. In both templates, dynamic values associated with this content, including icon color, icon style, icon glyph, subtype, identifier, name, description, and matched value, are interpolated directly into the data-content HTML attribute of Bootstrap popover elements without appropriate output encoding. Because the popovers are configured with data-html="true", the content is interpreted as HTML in the victim's browser. An authenticated attacker who can influence matched, tracked, or tagged content may inject arbitrary HTML or JavaScript into these values. When a victim displays the affected popover, the injected markup may execute in the victim's session, potentially enabling data exfiltration or actions with the victim's privileges. The vulnerability is classified as stored XSS because the malicious payload can persist in the affected match, tracking, or tag-related data and be delivered to users who view the affected content.

🚨 CVE-2026-100174
The AIL Framework tag selector component (var/www/static/js/tags.js) is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting (XSS). A user with the ability to create a custom tag could embed an HTML payload containing JavaScript event handlers (e.g., <img src=x onerror=alert(1)> or <svg onload=...>) in the tag name. When another authenticated user opened a page containing the tag selector, the malicious tag name was inserted into the DOM using jQuery's html property, causing the embedded script to execute in the victim's browser context.

The vulnerable code paths affected both the suggestion/combo-item rendering (_renderComboItems) and the selected-tag rendering logic. In both cases, the display value derived from the tag's displayField was passed directly to the html property of a jQuery element constructor, which parses and inserts the string as raw HTML rather than as text.

Preconditions: the attacker must have an authenticated account with permission to create custom tags, and the victim must be an authenticated user who views a page that renders the tag selector with the attacker's stored tag. The attack is stored (persistent) and does not require the victim to perform any action beyond loading the page.

Security impact: successful exploitation allows arbitrary JavaScript execution in the victim's browser within the application's origin, potentially leading to session hijacking, unauthorized data access, form manipulation, or further client-side attacks.

🚨 CVE-2026-100176
The AIL Framework's username timeline feature is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting (XSS). Usernames imported from chats and crawled forums are stored without character restrictions. When an authenticated analyst views the username timeline, the application renders these stored usernames into the DOM using D3's html() method in the tooltip. Because the username value (d.obj) is interpolated directly into an HTML string without sanitization, a crafted username containing HTML event handlers (e.g., <img src=x onerror=alert(1)>) will execute arbitrary JavaScript in the analyst's browser when the analyst hovers over the corresponding timeline entry. The attack requires the victim to be an authenticated analyst with access to the timeline view and to interact with the malicious timeline entry (hover). Successful exploitation can lead to session hijacking, data exfiltration, or unauthorized actions performed within the analyst's authenticated session. The vulnerability resides in the client-side JavaScript file var/www/static/js/d3/timeline_basic.js.

🚨 CVE-2026-100177
The AIL Framework crawler task creation API (api_add_crawler_task) contained an insufficient authorization check when a user supplied a cookiejar UUID to attach to a one-shot or scheduled crawler task. The original code only verified that the cookiejar existed and, if its access level was 0, compared the cookiejar's owning user ID to the requesting user ID. It did not validate organizational boundaries, did not account for the requesting user's role. When the cookiejar level was not 0, no access check was performed at all. An authenticated user could therefore reference another organization's cookiejar by UUID and have the crawler use that organization's stored cookies (session tokens, authentication credentials) when performing web crawls, effectively leaking or exfiltrating the victim organization's session data.

The vulnerability requires an authenticated user with the ability to create crawler tasks. The attacker must know or guess a valid cookiejar UUID belonging to another organization. The impact is unauthorized access to another organization's stored cookies and session data through the crawler infrastructure.

🚨 CVE-2026-100187
The Onion module in AIL Framework contained a performance shortcut in its URL extraction logic that accepted URLs as valid .onion targets based solely on a length check (exactly 69 characters) and a suffix check (ending in ".onion"), without performing proper hostname parsing or onion-domain validation. An unauthenticated attacker who could publish or control web content crawled by the framework could embed a crafted URL containing an IP address or non-onion hostname with a path ending in ".onion" that satisfied the length and suffix conditions. Such a URL would be extracted, its domain naively sliced from the string, and queued as a legitimate onion crawler task. This allowed unauthenticated content publishers to inject arbitrary non-onion targets into the crawler's task queue, influencing crawler behavior and potentially directing it toward unintended network resources. The vulnerability required no authentication, no user interaction, and only the ability to place crafted content in a location the framework would crawl. The security impact is a loss of integrity in the crawler's target selection: the framework processes and acts upon URLs that do not correspond to legitimate .onion services.

🚨 CVE-2026-100190
The AIL Framework crawler splash domain page (showDomain.html) is vulnerable to stored cross-site script injection (XSS). User-supplied data originating from imported crawler captures—specifically item IDs, URLs, and screenshot file paths—was interpolated directly into inline JavaScript contexts within the HTML template. This included an onclick attribute that embedded raw screenshot and URL values into a JavaScript function call, and an inline script block that assigned a screenshot value to a JavaScript variable without escaping. An attacker with a user-role API client could craft a malicious crawler capture import containing JavaScript payloads in these fields. When any user (including privileged users) subsequently viewed the affected domain page, the injected script would execute in the victim's browser context, potentially allowing session hijacking, data exfiltration, or unauthorized actions on behalf of the victim. The vulnerability is stored in the application's data layer and triggered upon page rendering, requiring no further interaction beyond loading the domain view.

🚨 CVE-2026-0857
Use of a Password Hash With Insufficient Computational Effort in Mesalvo MEONA (MEONA Server and MEONA Client) for user accounts whose password was last set under a version before MEONA 2024.10. MEONA versions before 2024.10 protected stored passwords with SHA-1 (versions from October 2015) or stored them without protection (earlier versions). Since MEONA 2024.10 (June 2024) Argon2 is the default method and every password that is set or changed is stored with Argon2; passwords last set under an earlier version keep the earlier method until they are changed. An administrator could in addition select the storage method per account. A MEONA super administrator can read the stored value of such accounts in the user administration of the MEONA Client or export it through administrative database functions. Only accounts managed locally in MEONA are affected; accounts authenticated through the operating hospital's directory service (Active Directory / Entra ID) have no password stored in MEONA. In typical installations end users authenticate through the directory service and local accounts are limited to emergency and technical accounts.
Exploitation requires super administrator permissions in MEONA (or direct access to the MEONA database) from within the operating hospital's network; MEONA is operated exclusively within closed hospital networks without exposure to the public Internet, and where a hospital permits remote access to that network at all, it is only through the hospital's own remote-access infrastructure (e.g. VPN) under the hospital's control. Installations in which every password has been set or changed under MEONA 2024.10 or later are not affected. Mesalvo is not aware of any exploitation outside the reported security test.
This issue affects MEONA Server and MEONA Client in versions 2024.10, 2025.04 and 2026.03 (for accounts with passwords last set under earlier versions). MEONA 2025.04.24 and 2026.03.02 (planned Q4 2026) remove the legacy storage methods, require every affected account to set a new Argon2-protected password at next logon, and no longer display stored credential values in the user administration. See Mesalvo Security Advisory MSA-2026-002.
