🚨 CVE-2026-50719
The Ingenic T41, and probably also T32, T40, and A1 SoC boot ROMs parse and execute an attacker-controlled init table from the SPL header before checking the secure boot state and before invoking signature verification. The init table parser supports full-address 32-bit write operations, allowing modification of SRAM-resident secure boot state prior to the verification decision. An attacker with physical write access to boot media can inject an init-table entry that disables the secure boot check, causing the ROM to accept unsigned or modified first-stage boot code. This has been hardware-validated on a secureboot-enabled T41 device; ROM analysis confirms closely related behavior on T32, T40, and A1.

CVE-2026-50719: The Ingenic T32, T40, T41, and A1 boot ROMs execute an SPL init table before secure boot verification, enabling memory writes that bypass signature checking entirely. Hardware-validated on T32, T40, T41. Mask ROM — unpatchable.
🚨 CVE-2026-50720
The Ingenic T31 SoC boot ROM flash-boot verification path compares only a single 32-bit word of the RSA signature output against a single 32-bit word of the SHA-256 payload digest, rather than compare the full data. This allows an attacker with physical write access to boot media to forge modified SPL (Secondary Program Loader) images that pass secure boot verification without possession of the OEM signing key. Each forgery attempt succeeds with approximately 2/3 probability. This has been validated via reverse engineering, software emulation against vendor-signed images, and end-to-end hardware acceptance of a forged firmware image on a Wyze Video Doorbell v2 (T31X).

LibVNCClient is a library for easy implementation of a VNC client. In versions 0.9.12 through 0.9.15, a malicious (or man-in-the-middle) VNC server can force a connecting `libvncclient` to write attacker-controlled data past the end of its framebuffer. This is an out-of-bounds heap write with attacker-controlled length, contents, and offset. It needs no authentication (the attacker
is the server), works in a default build with default settings, and fires from a single `FramebufferUpdate` the moment the victim connects. It crashes any client unconditionally (denial of service); we also demonstrated it overwriting an application callback pointer and redirecting execution to attacker-chosen code (code execution) under the default configuration. Commit 540332be3e0acc566fa64da6f1b4680c72c724dd patches the issue.

Xinference is an inference API for running open-source, speech, and multimodal models. In 2.5.0 and earlier, Xinference passes attacker-influenced Llama3 tool-call output to eval() in xinference/model/llm/tool_parsers/llama3_tool_parser.py and xinference/model/llm/utils.py. Requests to /v1/chat/completions with a tools field flow through xinference/api/restful_api.py, xinference/model/llm/transformers/core.py, handle_chat_result_non_streaming(), and _post_process_completion() before extract_tool_calls() or _eval_llama3_chat_arguments() evaluates the model-generated Python expression. An unauthenticated remote attacker can influence that output through a crafted prompt and execute commands in the Xinference server process context. This issue is fixed in version 2.7.0.

Typemill is a flat-file, Markdown-based content management system designed for informational documentation websites. Versions prior to 2.23.0 are vulnerable to stored HTML attribute injection in the page metadata fields (`og:title` and `og:description`). An authenticated user with permission to modify page metadata can inject arbitrary HTML attributes into generated `<meta>` tags due to missing output encoding. Under certain browser or DOM interaction scenarios, this may lead to stored cross-site scripting (XSS). Version 2.23.0 fixes the issue.

RaTeX is a KaTeX-compatible math rendering engine written in Rust. Prior to version 0.1.11, the public parser entrypoint `ratex_parser::parse(&str)` panics on the 9-byte input `\verbéxé` (i.e. `\verb` followed by the non-ASCII delimiter `é`). When handling a `\verb` command, the parser slices the verbatim argument with byte indices (`arg[1..arg.len() - 1]`); if the delimiter character is multibyte UTF-8, index `1` lands inside that character and Rust panics with *“byte index 1 is not a char boundary”*. Because RaTeX’s release profile sets `panic = "abort"` (`Cargo.toml:48`), the panic aborts the entire process — not just the current request/thread — making this a hard denial of service for any service that renders untrusted LaTeX. Version 0.1.11 fixes the issue.

OliveTin gives access to predefined shell commands from a web interface. The `filterToDefinedArgumentsOnly` function in the executor is intended to discard any arguments not explicitly defined in the action's configuration. However, prior to commit ebffd9f040f791208aee1db2e5a8aecd1e3e603d, a special case allows any argument whose name starts with `ot_` to bypass this filter. While two system arguments (`ot_executionTrackingId` and `ot_username`) are injected by OliveTin and overridden, all other `ot_`-prefixed arguments supplied by the user pass through unmodified. These bypassed arguments are not type-checked — the validation loop only iterates over the action's defined arguments, so `ot_`-prefixed arguments skip all type safety checks entirely; set as environment variables — via `buildEnv()`, with completely unvalidated values, and passed to the executed command; and included in the template context — available as `.Arguments.ot_*` in template rendering. Commit ebffd9f040f791208aee1db2e5a8aecd1e3e603d contains a patch.

The Post Duplicator plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.11. This is due to the `duplicate_post_permissions()` permission callback only verifying the `duplicate_posts` capability without checking whether the requesting user holds `publish_posts` or other status-gated capabilities. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to create duplicate posts with `future` (scheduled, auto-publishes) or `private` status, bypassing editorial review. Additionally, the REST endpoint does not enforce administrator-configured post-type duplication restrictions, allowing duplication of post types that have been explicitly disabled.
