Belledonne Communications bcg729 through 1.1.2 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the decodeSIDframe() function in src/cng.c that allows unauthenticated network-adjacent attackers to trigger a heap read beyond buffer boundaries by sending a zero-length comfort-noise RTP payload. A zero-length payload causes an integer underflow in the uint8_t filter order calculation, which wraps to 255 and is clamped to 10, causing the function to unconditionally read 11 bytes from a zero-byte buffer, resulting in media process termination or silent consumption of adjacent heap memory as reflection coefficients.

COVESA Open1722 through 0.9.2 contains a stack buffer overflow vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to write past the end of a fixed 15-slot stack array by sending a crafted UDP datagram containing more than 15 ACF-CAN messages. The avtp_to_can() function increments its write index without bounding it against the caller-supplied array size, and because the listener accepts datagrams from any sender matching a hardcoded unauthenticated stream ID transmitted in plaintext, attackers can corrupt adjacent stack memory to achieve arbitrary code execution or denial of service.

Insertion of Sensitive Information into Log File (CWE-532) in some Command Centre Service installers could lead to Service Account credentials exposure.
Mitigating Factor: Only sites that install Command Centre Services with a custom Service Account (not the default Network Service account) are potentially impacted.
Mitigation: For sites concerned about exposure, the recommended action is to change the Service Account password. They can also delete any installer log files, usually found in %programdata%\Gallagher\Command Centre.

Improper Handling of Highly Compressed Data (Data Amplification) vulnerability in elixir-tesla tesla allows a denial of service via decompression bomb in HTTP response bodies.
When Tesla.Middleware.DecompressResponse or Tesla.Middleware.Compression is included in a Tesla middleware pipeline, HTTP response bodies are decompressed eagerly with no size limit. The decompress_body/2 function in lib/tesla/middleware/compression.ex passes the entire response body to :zlib.gunzip/1 or :zlib.unzip/1 without any cap on the output size. Additionally, compression_algorithms/1 splits the content-encoding header on commas and decompress_body/2 recurses once per token, applying a decompression pass on each iteration. A server advertising content-encoding: gzip, gzip, gzip, gzip causes four recursive decompression passes, yielding exponential amplification: each gzip layer can expand its input roughly 1000x, so a payload of a few hundred bytes on the wire inflates to gigabytes of BEAM heap, exhausting memory and crashing or freezing the calling process.
This issue affects tesla: from 0.6.0 before 1.18.3.
