In Memoriam – William “Bill” Cooper

The following is the briefest summary of things that Alan said to me about Bill Cooper over the years: 

Bill told Alan that he realized that he had been fed disinformation about UFOs and aliens from official sources; that he had been used to promote something that served The Agenda.  (I’m sure that devoted Bill Cooper listeners will be aware that he distanced himself from that world, as he spoke about it publicly.  His listeners continue to write about him, and I found this on Reddit, posted just a few months ago. “Towards the latter part of his life, he was saying there are no UFOS, no proof of extraterrestrials, a group of people are using UFOs and aliens to scare people, and everything related is a scam.”)

Alan: - #JacquesAttali wrote about this, and is a very good book they he wrote. It's called Millennium published in 1990 and it's subtitled Winners and Losers in the Coming New World Order. Now Jacque Attali was the Kissinger of Europe. He spearheaded the unification of Europe from France and he advised various presidents of France and then he went to work at the United Nations and in that book he gives a scenario of America with the borders coming down towards the end of the millennium into the new.

"Prof Anthony Sutton wrote books on them, who financed Hitler and the rise and fall of, I think it was, the Soviet Union.  He shows you who bankrolled them all, the same banks and the same big people with their cash in those banks from the West, from London and New York primarily.  And the big corporations too that were ALL behind it, the SAME ones – the IBMs, the Ford, Carnegie, Rockefeller Foundations, with their businesses as well, with Standard Oil and all those guys.  They set up Nazi Germany as well.  They were both socialist based with this totalitarian system; we are all working together, we are ALL in it together working and sacrificing towards a glorious future, this wonderful utopia…  VERY important to #Fabianists, to all the people who were behind it.  They had to see how it worked and they learned by their mistakes. 
 
We forget that Hitler and Stalin had a pact in the beginning because they were both socialists.  They had meetings where Hitler and Stalin agreed that there was very little difference between them.  In some of the early posters for Adolf Hitler, they actually had the picture of Lenin next to him.  Hitler was actually appraised to be another Lenin.  This is also called #POSITIVEFREEDOM in psychological terms by those who plan the futures for whole societies, like #IsaiahBerlin for instance.  He taught at Oxford University.  He was a mentor to people who were in the Fabian Society and he taught #TonyBlair.  Tony Blair was still writing to him right up until the end of his Prime Ministership asking if it was possible to put a blend of NEGATIVE freedoms and POSITIVE freedoms together. 
 
Negative freedom was to find a society of people who are kept kind of happy, kind of fairly happy.  You leave them enough money to play and you give them enough booze to play with and parties and stuff like that.  Negative, but you keep them ignorant as to what’s REALLY going on.  Positive freedom is where you create #emergency situations, like war scenarios or anti-terror scenarios and you get the whole country, just like World War II, all working together, sacrificing, rationing, to achieve a common goal with a VAGUE ending of a sunset or something, a new sunrise.  That’s the idea of positive freedom. 
 
Tony Blair, knowing that Britain had been under a type of negative freedom – keep them ignorant and stupid but fairly happy, just enough money to tick by and party – and could he blend that with positive freedom?… because he wanted to bring in the next step for a united Europe.  That was his goal because he was a Fabian.  That was their goal, to create the completely integrated united Europe.  Along comes the anti-terror stuff and BINGO, oh, war, here we go.  We have to go into positive freedom.  We all work together.  We all sacrifice.  We all have to put up with unhappy things like body searches and seizures.  We got to get the Military-Industrial Complex in, now that the Cold War is over too, and they’ve all been going into cameras and security devises to monitor BILLIONS of people across the world.  So that’s what we’re in now.  It’s now called positive freedom."

As a preface to understanding, I think it necessary to go through the standard phases of “waking up."

1. An Individual vaguely perceives something is wrong in his/her life. This takes the form of fatigue at trying to "keep up" with real or imaginary crisis, encroachment of government into every aspect of life, increasing taxation and so on.  Sometimes it takes the loss of work and the realization that the safety net they contributed to has a gaping hole in the middle.

2. The individual discovers that justice is a joke and that all control mechanisms go up like a pyramid, taking their property, taxes etc. with it.
This wealth then is distributed to "help bail-out" or "prop-up" "failing" transnational corporations. Left-overs are channeled via Overseas
Developement Corporations to "developing nations," where the loot is pocketed by front-men and their beaurocrats. Crumbs filter down to social services, which, after being guzzled by directors and staff, leave little for the needy except bundles of forms, in triplicate, of course.

3. The individual looks around for others already exposing "the conspiracy."  These established champions inform him which "conspiracy"
books to read. Having then done so, the individual begins to "expose" the corruption, first to friends, then when friendless, he either publishes what he has gleaned or becomes paranoid and withdraws from society altogether.

Why does the waking-up process fail to spread quickly through society?

1. He is terribly naive. He believes the massive corruption "just happened" to begin in his own lifetime, otherwise mummy or daddy or teacher would have warned him. It does not occur to him that his Parents, teachers etc. were as conditioned as he was.

2. Most people do not wish to know. They, like farm animals, have been domesticated. Wild animals (original) have natural instincts of self-
preservation. They sense the evil intentions of predators and they survive by trusting their instincts. Wild herds do not "hang around" when one or more members drops dead. Specially bred sheep do.

3. Pavlovian conditioning/response indoctrination has been fed to every individual, through schooling. The media then takes over. Peoples’ opinions are simply sound-bites from news, talk-shows or quotes from glossy magazines.

4. Trust replaces the instinct of self-preservation. It over-rides memory and logic. Controllers and shepherds encourage trust.

5. When threatened with loss of possessions, property, access to health care, etc., people turn to government(predators) for help, or/and
organized religion.  Should an individual persist in pushing for his "rights," he will be removed from society and placed in a psychiatric hospital or prison on any number of pretexes.  The alternative is death by "accident," or shot by police while 'resisting arrest.'
