Wipe both data and caches.
1. Use OrangeFox recovery.
2. Flash the ROM
3. Flash vendor according to your device's codename.
4. Flash the latest Android 10 firmware for your device
Reboot and enjoy!

If not booted then
Flash Magisk v21.1
Flash Disable_DM-verity.
Flash Permissiver_v5.
