At the beginning of this year, we introduced EARN’M 2.0 - a structural repositioning of the ecosystem around 3 strategic pillars: consumer growth, institutional infrastructure, and forward-looking initiatives

A core component of this evolution is prioritizing decentralized liquidity, verifiable on-chain participation, and long-term infrastructure alignment. In execution of this strategy, we have decided to transition away from centralized exchanges to consolidate liquidity on-chain.

Our focus moving forward:
• Deepening DEX liquidity and on-chain trading activity
• Strengthening Uniswap pools on Arbitrum
• Aligning token infrastructure with EARNM Layer 2

Concentrating liquidity and activity on-chain increases transparency, capital efficiency, and ecosystem alignment - all critical for the next phase of growth.
