Meditating on this verse today!
Hello everyone!
How are you doing? How are those focus areas? I’m still going strong with daily Bible time, carrot salads, and no alcohol!
This weekend was kind of a struggle, though. Not a struggle to stick to it, but because I feel a lot of loss this month. I started my period yesterday, and I’m more achy and crampy this cycle. And on top of that, I found out one of my best student families needs to stop lessons for the rest of the year. They lost their home in a fire over Christmas, and they’re just having a tough time getting to lessons, which I understand. So I’m mourning not only the loss of income, but also the loss of these people who I love and have invested in for the past 6 years.
I’m praying God will replace what I’ve lost with what is best for me.
Anyway, I bless each and every one of you to find your strength and joy in Christ this week. To rise up into your anointed calling.
I ask, Lord God, that you would not only provide for our needs, but that you would also give us the desires of our hearts.
Spirit of God show us what lessons we need to learn in this season, and help us to learn the lessons quickly!
Open our eyes to see Your goodness all around us. Help us to be grateful for all You have blessed us with!
Protect and guide us, and help us to be salt and light.
In Jesus’ name, Amen!
Happy Tuesday everyone!
I hope you are having a fantastic week so far!
How are your focus areas? What have you been learning? Are you noticing any changes?
Yesterday was house cleaning day, and I decided to do a little extra. I cleaned my make up brushes, and also made a hair mask to marinate while I worked (1 egg, a couple tablespoons of homemade goat milk kefir, raw honey, and a couple tablespoons of organic castor oil). My hair feels so amazing today, that I’m going to try to make a habit of doing this once a week! I’ll add coconut oil, too, next time!
I’m feeling the need to refocus on my music business, so I spent a little bit of time reorganizing that area of my life today. I want to work on being intentional with my work, choosing to grow always.
Lord Jesus, I ask that you be with each and every one of us today. Bless the work of our hands. Bless our spirits, bodies, and minds, and our families and friends. Surround us with Your guardian angels, and give us strength to take every thought captive in submission to You. Spirit of God anoint us with Your presence and power. Help us to be salt and light to those around us. Give us wisdom and discernment in everything we say and do. Fill us with the fruit of Your Spirit. Thank you for all You have blessed us with. Give us the desires of our hearts as we delight in You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen!
Super late check-in, but I JUST got done with my Bible reading!
Today felt very busy. I slept in instead of going to the gym. Bummer, but my body needed the rest. I spent some time in the sun. Had a full teaching day, and Women’s Bible Study tonight.
My prayer for us this evening is that we would take up the shield of faith each day, not just for the rest of this challenge, but as we go about our daily lives.
I pray we would remain anchored in God’s promises, and that the voice of the enemy would be silenced in our minds.
I pray we would receive a fresh outpouring of grace in this last week. A turning of the tide. I pray that regardless of whatever we are faced with in this last week, we would be filled with a joy that surpasses all understanding. That we would be in the midst of celebration, regardless of our circumstances.
I pray for peaceful, rejuvenating sleeps for each of us as we sleep tonight. I pray we would wake up refreshed and ready to tackle a new day, and that we would be blessed, and that we would be blessings to those we encounter.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Here are a couple challenge questions for you:
What are you grateful for right now?
What promises of God are you standing on in this season?
Good morning ladies!
I hope you’re doing well today!
I’m going to a wedding tomorrow, which I’m excited about!
I also have a couple gatherings in the planning. Through these 30 days, I have felt refreshed and energized to get back in to putting together times of fellowship. I feel called to gather people together.
Ultimately, my dream is to minister to others with my husband through hosting family dinner nights with worship and good fellowship. But this is something I know I can do in my single season.
Do you have a ministry vision? What does that look like?
I pray today is full of joy and peace! That God gives you the strength to tackle everything that comes your way. I pray that you walk in the confidence that you are more than conquerors through Him. I pray that you rise up into your anointed calling and claim the authority the Lord has already given you!
I pray this coming week will be full of victory and breakthrough, that the tides would turn in whatever situation you’ve been praying over. That the Lord would reveal the work He is doing in you.
In Jesus’ name, Amen!
Hello everyone! Happy Saturday!
How are you doing today?
I missed my Bible reading yesterday. I went to a wedding which was an all day occasion, so I didn’t get back till quite late.
I did abstain from drinking alcohol at the wedding, so I’m still going strong there, and made sure to have my carrot salad with lunch!
I’m just sitting down to today’s Bible reading now, and I plan to go for a walk after.
I’m playing worship with my church tomorrow, so I’m going to spend today resting, tidying, practicing, and preparing my heart for that.
I pray blessing and protection over each of us this weekend. I ask that the Lord would lift any clouds lingering over us, and shine His light over our lives. I pray for supernatural joy to bubble over like fine champagne, and a renewal of hope and vision in each of us.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Happy Monday everyone!!!
We only have 3 more days of our reset (including today!!)
How are you feeling? How have things gone?
Like I said earlier, I missed my bible reading on Friday. And forgot to eat my raw carrot salad yesterday. But other than that, I’ve been going strong!
Yesterday was kind of hard. I didn’t get a good sleep Friday or Saturday, and had to be up by 5 to play worship with my church yesterday, so I felt under the weather most of yesterday, and I’m dealing with a lingering headache and a little bit of congestion. I’m trying to decide if I need to do my chiropractor/gym day as planned, or putter around the house…
Thank You Lord for a new week. A fresh start. Thank You for another day to be alive. Fill us with Your power and presence today. Reveal Yourself to us in new ways. Thank You for the gift of Your grace, Your goodness, Your salvation.
Give us the strength to be faithful in our commitments these last 3 days. Show us what You want us to learn during this time, and help us to learn our lessons quickly.
Fill us with the Fruit of the Spirit. Help us to put on the Armor of God so we can do battle each day. And give us Kingdom vision to see things as You do.
Bless each of these women richly.
In Jesus’ name, Amen!
What miracles are you believing for?!
Good morning ladies! Tomorrow is our LAST DAY!!! How are you feeling?!
I’ve coined Thursday our “celebration day!” How will you be celebrating?
I sensed great heaviness/depression over the weekend. I talked to my mentor, and she told me that happens when you are fasting, and she gave me a song to listen to, which I will share with you.
I spent a lot of time in prayer and studying my Bible, and a lot of the weight has lifted.
I pray Lord God that You would be with each of us today. Holy Spirit fill us with Your power and presence. Protect and guide us. Give us wisdom and discernment.
Seal Your work in us, and help us to learn the lessons You have for us well.
Fill us with the fruit of Your Spirit. Help us to take every thought captive and under submission to You. Help us to put on Your armor so we can do battle for our families, our futures, and Your Kingdom.
Reveal to us what You would have us do in this next season.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
HAPPY DAY 30!!!!
We made it!
I don’t know about you, but it’s been a wild ride!
I started my day off with a chiropractic appointment, a barre class, and a few minutes in the sauna, so I’m feeling good physically.
Looking back on the past 30 days, what are some things you learned? What was the most challenging for you? Was it harder or easier to stick to your focus areas than you thought?
Looking forward, would you be interested in doing another challenge in the future, and what are some things I could do to help you along in that process?
Before we wrap it up, I want to share a prayer with you.
Thank You Lord for each woman in this group. Thank You for this past month and all You have provided for, and taught us. Thank You for walking with us through each challenge, and for Your faithfulness and goodness. Thank You for healthy, strong bodies, for providing for our needs, for gifting us with life and families and opportunities.
I ask, Lord God, that as we step out of this fasting/reset season, You would continue to be with us. That we would step into a season of rest and joy and adventure.
Holy Spirit fill us with your presence and power, and give us wisdom and discernment as we seek to follow You.
Hear our prayers and give us the desires of our hearts, as we delight ourselves in You.
Bless and protect each woman here!
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
