曾偉權曾多次出席遊行示威。去年 6 月 9 日民陣發起反送中遊行，103 萬人參與，網媒《SocREC》當日在街頭成方捕捉曾偉權身影，曾受訪指表示遊行「唔辛苦」，被問到為何上街，他指修訂逃犯條例「多 argue」，「不應倉促通過」，對於當日街上人頭湧湧，他表示，「其實香港人好好，大是大非就會走出嚟，呢個係香港人的特色。」
他是愛犬人士，經常於社交媒體發表保護貓狗的訊息，2014 年 8 月港鐵撞死唐狗「未雪」事件，他曾參與抗議；去年 5 月 19 日港島「誓爭《動物福利法》大遊行」，6,000 人參加。曾偉權亦在遊行隊中。他接受《SocREC》訪問稱，香港一早應該立《動物福利法》，「好多虐待動物的案件都判得比較輕，唔駛坐監，阻嚇作用是零。」
