1. Decrease in food prices
2. Reduction of prices for fuels and lubricants
3. Reducing the retirement age to 58 and 60 years
4. Complete resignation of the government
5. Release of all prisoners detained during the demonstrations
6. Raising wages
7. Liquidation of subsidiaries of national companies
8. Cancellation of the recycling fee
9. Cancellation of toll roads for Kazakhstani vehicles.
10. Raising the minimum pension
11. Increasing child benefits
and other political demands

The nominal president of Kazakhstan Tokayev, trying to retain the power of the de facto dictator of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, who has ruled the country for 30 years, made concessions and lowered gas prices to 50 tenge (8.5 rubles = $ 0.11), but it was too late - violent clashes with the police and the National Guard grew; protesters overtook a column of soldiers across the steppe, that was called up to suppress the protests and took away weapons and vehicles.
