Judged for: "delivery of information to a foreign power", "attacking the fundamental interests of the nation", "intelligence with a foreign power"
After a closed-door trial, Pierre-Marie H. and Henri M. were sentenced to twelve and eight years in prison by the Paris Special Assize Court for "felony and offenses of treason".
Laurence H., the wife of Pierre-Marie H., appeared for her "concealment of good coming from intelligence with a foreign power likely to undermine the fundamental interests of the nation". She was sentenced to four years' imprisonment, two of which were suspended for receiving stolen goods, concealing crimes and offenses of treason. The court also sentenced the three defendants to deprivation of civil rights for a period of ten years.

🇨🇵🇷🇺 08/21/20: A French army lieutenant-colonel, stationed at NATO, in Italy, has been indicted and imprisoned in Paris for breach of security. He is suspected of having provided ultra-sensitive documents or information to a Russian secret service agent. He works at the Allied Forces Command Center, located near Naples, where all strategic actions for southern Europe are coordinated. He is also being prosecuted for "delivering information to a foreign power", "collecting information harming the fundamental interests of the Nation with a view to delivering them to a foreign power" and "compromising the secrecy of national defense by a person responsible for this secret ”
The man was arrested by the counter-espionage services, the Directorate General of Internal Security (DGSI), as he was preparing to return to Italy at the end of his vacation in France, and placed in pre-trial detention at the Health prison in Paris.
