The announcement came on the same day Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen was sworn in for her second term in office, saying she strongly rejecting China's sovereignty claims. China responded that "reunification" was inevitable and that it would never tolerate Taiwan's independence.

The main blow came from Upress hosting. To sites was uploaded only one single video.
Perhaps this was the answer for Israeli cyber attack on the large Iranian port of Shahid Rajaee in the city of Bandar Abbas, which led to a transport collapse. This was announced on May 9 by The Washington Post, with citing a source in intelligence.
