▪️Tiyas airfield was considered the most important military facility of #Syria. In the 1970-80, Soviet aircraft were based in Tifor, and in recent years, the base was used jointly by Syrian and Russian militaries
T-4 plays a strategic role due to its location near large gas fields that supply the Syria's main thermal power plants
