На предельной дальности ATACMS находятся также Липецк (486 тысяч человек), Смоленск (312 тысяч) и Калуга (329 тысяч).

📌В общей сложности на территории, попадающей в радиус поражения западного дальнобойного оружия, находятся не менее 245 военных объектов России, подсчитали в ISW. ❗️Back in September, Kiev sent Washington a list of targets for possible ATACMS strikes on Russia, including warehouses, fuel depots and military airfields several hundred kilometers from the border.

With a maximum range of 300 km, ATACMS can reach nine major Russian cities with a total population of 4.7 million people.

▪️According to ISW, two cities with a population of over a million will be within their radius of destruction: Rostov-on-Don (population 1.14 million) and Voronezh (1.046 million), as well as a number of regional centers: Kursk (population 436 thousand people), Orel (296 thousand people), Bryansk (373 thousand people). Lipetsk (486 thousand people), Smolensk (312 thousand) and Kaluga (329 thousand) are also within the maximum range of ATACMS.

📌In total, according to ISW, there are at least 245 Russian military facilities in the area within the range of Western long-range weapons. Among them are 16 airfields of Russian military aviation, as well as bases of Russian units, headquarters, command posts, military factories and fuel depots.
