Полтавская областная войсковая администрация, которая 22 августа 2024 похвасталась, что на базе местного училища связи создан новый центр подготовки специалистов по связи и управлению БПЛА.
Об этом на брифинге в официальном медиацентре Полтавщины рассказал старший офицер отделения психологической поддержки персонала воинской части Артём Гончаренко.
