🔻Зав кафедрой мировых финансовых рынков и финтеха РЭУ им. Плеханова Светлана Фрумина предупредила о рисках "новогодних" вкладов под повышенный процент, где на депозит попадет лишь часть денег, а остальная будет вложена в фондовый рынок: "Эта часть денег, направленная на формирование инвестиционного портфеля, может обесцениться в связи с ухудшением финансовой устойчивости эмитента", — пояснила финансист.

В предпоследний день уходящего года Минфин признал "замедление темпов экономического роста" и ринулся пересматривать бюджет, неожиданно для всех увеличив расходы на экономику и "социальную политику" за счет урезания расходов на военку и силовиков.
▫️Общие расходы бюджета на 2024 год по разделу «Национальная оборона» снижены на 400 млрд рублей (до 10,38 трлн руб.), расходы по разделу «Национальная безопасность и правоохранительная деятельность» сократились на 103 млрд руб (до 3,29 трлн руб).
▫️Расходы на национальную экономику увеличены на ₽300 млрд (до 4,2 трлн руб.), на социальную политику — на ₽140 млрд. (до 7,87 трлн руб.)
Теперь доля расходов на "оборону" в бюджете-2024 оценивается в 28,3%, социальную политику — 21,5%, национальную экономику — 11,5%, национальную безопасность и правоохранительную деятельность — 9%.
На такие национальные проекты, как «Демография», «Безопасные качественные дороги», «Здравоохранение», «Образование» и «Жилье» в общей сумме запланировано всего лишь 3 трлн рублей (из общих запланированных расходов бюджета в 36,66 трлн руб) — т.е. всего лишь мизерные 8%

Well respected-international lawyers — from the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Japan, and the United States — have endorsed the use of the countermeasures principle to transfer frozen Russian reserves to an escrow for Ukraine. If Russia agrees to a “true peace settlement” (withdrawal of troops to the 1991 borders and voluntary payment of reparations), some of the assets could be returned to Moscow.
