🔹In Novosibirsk region man voted for himself and 4 relatives
🔹In Lytkarino, near Moscow, those who voted for amendments were paid 1,000 rubles each
🔹In St. Petersburg, at PEC No. 505, election commission officials threw ballots into ballot boxes by whole packs
🔹In Moscow, people came to polling station and found that someone already voted for all family members (Lefortovo, PEC No. 1403)
🔹Mordovia’s TV made movie, as in voting everything is “honest”. And accidentally showed stuffing - how pile of ballots is stuffed into urn...
🔹Chairman of PEC No. 2783 took a stack of ballots from under her clothes and threw into the ballot box. Only after the video was published in Net, Moscow City Electoral Commission suspended the vote count at this PEC
