🇺🇸 House Republicans vow to investigate Joe Biden and his family’s business dealings for their "involvement in international business schemes" that could potentially endanger US national security

▪️The White House said the investigations are "politically motivated and a waste of time".

▪️At the heart of investigation is digging into a series of suspicious activity reports that Republicans claim banks have filed related to Hunter Biden’s financial activities.

⁉️ Байден отказался общаться с Зеленским по телефону, а чиновники в Пентагоне заявляют, что "у них практически нет информации, которую они могли бы предоставить". С начальником ГШ РФ Герасимовым американцам созвониться не удалось... Милли также не смог связаться со своим польским коллегой.

▪️По сообщениям военных и чиновников Белого Дома, версию об "украинской ракете" озвучила разведка, что неудивительно — ведь Бернс из Киеве сразу же отправился в Варшаву...

P.S. При этом, как мы помним, согласно сообщению Associated Press, первоначально представитель американской разведки назвал упавшие в Польше ракеты российскими.
В заявлении МИД Польши также было указано, что ракеты произведены в России.

Однако на совещании с лидерами "семерки" Байден повторил ровно то, что было озвучено Минобороны РФ: "это не российская, а украинская ракета".

— После заявления Байдена Зеленский вполне ожидаемо попросил о телефонном разговоре с президентом США, однако ему было отказано;
Разумеется, кремлевские пропагандоны в полном восторге от этой новости!

— после выступления Зеленского, в Киев позвонил Салливан и фактически предупредил, чтобы украинские чиновники поменьше чесали языком без инструкций из Белого Дома...

— отсидевшись во время российских бомбежек в Киевском посольстве, Бернс сразу же улетел в Польшу для встречи с Дудой

— the missile fell at about 3 pm, but Polish officials found out about it only in the evening, and reported late at night, when it was almost midnight in Bali;

— aides woke up Biden and Blinken at around 4 a.m., when noise has begun in the media and something had to be decided;

Unlikely that Biden woke up in possession of any reliable info, because as it now turns out, even the Pentagon didn't own it, and General Milley couldn't get through to either the Russians or the Poles
However, at a meeting with the leaders of the G7, Biden repeated exactly what was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry: "this is not a Russian, but a Ukrainian missile."

Excuse me, but how could President Biden know anything else BEFORE the investigation began?!

— After Biden's statement, Zelensky quite expectedly requested a telephone conversation with the US President, but he was refused;
Of course, the Kremlin propaganda is completely delighted with this news!

— after Zelensky's speech, Sullivan called Kyiv and actually warned Ukrainian officials to talk less without instructions from the White House...

— after hunkering at the US embassy in Kyiv during the Russian bombing, Burns immediately flew to Poland to meet with Duda

🇺🇸 Республиканцы добиваются аудита помощи Украине от Конгресса США

Представитель маргинального меньшинства в Палате представителей Марджори Тейлор Грин внесла привилегированную резолюцию о проверке средств, выделенных администрацией Байдена на поддержку Украины.

Законопроект предусматривает, что привилегированная резолюция будет передана в соответствующий комитет, у членов которого будет 14 рабочих дней, чтобы либо отклонить ее, либо одобрить для голосования в Палате представителей.

Если резолюция будет одобрена, Конгресс должен будет предоставить все документы по военной, гражданской и финансовой помощи Украине за подписью Джо Байдена.

🔹Администрация Байдена предоставила Киеву более $20 млрд военной помощи, около $10 млрд гуманитарной помощи и $13 млрд экономической помощи.
Президент Байден призвал Конгресс выделить еще $37,7 млрд дополнительного финансирования для Украины.

⁉️При этом, символически подписанный Байденом 9 мая ленд-лиз так и не начал действовать...

P.S. Источники в ОП говорят, что "Администрация Байдена поставила на паузу Ленд-лиз, а все попытки Киева получить помощь по этому треку жестко пресекаются американской стороной".
Вместо обещанного еще с января ленд-лиза, администрация Байдена прямо требует от Зеленского вернуться к переговорам с Кремлем, за основу которых должна быть взята #формула_Салливана (=капитуляция Украины)

🇺🇸 Republicans pursuing audit of Ukraine aid from US Congress

Marjorie Taylor Green, a minority fringe representative in the House of Representatives, introduced a privileged resolution to audit the funds allocated by the Biden administration to support Ukraine.

If the resolution is approved by the relevant Committee, Congress will have to provide all documents on military, civilian and financial assistance to Ukraine signed by Joe Biden.

🔹The Biden administration has provided more than $20 billion in military assistance to Kyiv, as well as about $10 billion in humanitarian assistance and about $13 billion in economic assistance.
President Biden has called for Congress to earmark another $37.7 billion in additional funding.

⁉️At the same time, the Lend-Lease symbolically signed by Biden on May 9 still hasn't yet begun to operate ...
