‼️🇺🇸🤝🇷🇺 Wall Street Journal: Although Biden administration officials continue to publicly state that Washington will not pressure Ukraine into peace talks, a joint Washington and Moscow Beijing ultimatum was passed to Kyiv through Sullivan that Kyiv must publicly agree to talks with Putin already this winter.

⚠️Two European diplomats said on condition of anonymity that Sullivan also recommended that Zelenskiy's team "start thinking about more 'realistic demands' for talks with Russia.
In the interpretation of Washington, "realism" is expressed in the fact that Kyiv should abandon its claims to the Russian-annexed Crimea.⚠️

Earlier this week, the head of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, said that "there has to be a mutual recognition that military victory is probably in the true sense of the word maybe not achievable through military means," which in fact means a call for Kyiv to surrender and a threat to cut off the supply of weapons from USA - which, in turn, will cause a chain reaction in the cessation of supplies from Europe /Reuters/

Kyiv also believes that any call to "negotiate" with the aggressor country before the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from all occupied territories is a direct call for surrender.

Kremlin sources on condition of anonymity said that Washington offered Russia 2 scenarios:

1. Putin, until the New Year, publicly and personally orders the Russian troops to stop hostilities with the withdrawal of all military units to RF territory. After that, the so-called new "referendum" should take place in the occupied Crimea and the so-called LPR-DPR.

2. According to the plan of the naive senile idiots in Washington, Putin must resign so that negotiations can take place already with the new president of #Russia in May 2023, special elections should be scheduled for March 2023. The transfer of power in Russia is planning to be carried out under the control of US, and also sign START 3 and other blah blah blah ... (in general, everything, like in the moronic American TV series "Madam Secretary")

In short, it seems not only cretins in Moscow are guided by serials. Apparently, in the White House, exactly the same imbeciles ...

🇺🇸🇨🇳 Let's divide this world - in half.

US President Joe Biden and Chinese leader Xi Jinping will meet for talks on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Indonesia. At the meeting between Xi and Biden, the issue of actual surrender with the option of saving Putin’s face and the division of control over spheres of influence in the world and in particular over #Russia will be decided, where Washington will offer Xi to have control over all energy resources, and Washington asks for very little - control over political processes and reforms in Russia.

If such a proposal really took place (which isn't excluded), then this means at least an unprecedented weakness of the US and a complete rejection of leadership in Europe (because the situation is controlled by the one who controls the resources)

🤷🏻Так называемая #формула_Салливана даже близко не предполагает выполнения тех условий, о которых ранее заявил Киев (восстановление территориальной целостности Украины в границах 1991 года) — сегодня МИД России в очередной раз категорически отверг условия Украины о выводе войск в качестве преамбулы для начала переговоров

⁉️Как стало известно, Салливан предложил Киеву следующую формулу Минска/Стамбула/Эр-Рияда-3:0 — Украине отходит Херсон, а линия фронта устанавливается по Днепру и замораживается по линии соприкосновения в Запорожской/Донецкой и Луганской областях. Украина получит электроэнергию от оккупированной Запорожской АЭС, а Россия прекратит обстреливать ракетами критическую инфраструктуру Украины (что означает прямую зависимость от РФ в плане энергоресурсов — причем, не надолго, а навсегда!)
В качестве компенсации "моральных убытков" Запад выделит Киеву кредит на $50 млрд + часть замороженных/конфискованных активов России, для восстановления Украины.
Оставшаяся часть российских ЗВР отойдет ООН (читай: США)

Сегодняшняя встреча в Анкаре между российской и американской делегациями уже как минимум СЕДЬМАЯ за последние 2 месяца (такие встречи за спиной Украины никогда не афишировались)

Кроме того, в субботу Эрдоган заявил, что в ближайшие 2-3 дня намерен провести переговоры с Путиным.

🇷🇺🇹🇷🇺🇸 Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Naryshkin arrived in Ankara as part of a Russian delegation to negotiate with the US. The American delegation is led by CIA director William Burns.

🤷🏻The so-called #Sullivan_formula does not even come close to imply the conditions that Kyiv previously announced (restoring the territorial integrity of Ukraine within the borders of 1991) — today the Russian Foreign Ministry once again categorically rejected Ukraine's conditions about the withdrawal Russian troops as preamble to start negotiations

⁉️ As it became known, Sullivan proposed to Kyiv the following Minsk/Istanbul/Riyadh-3:0 formula: Kherson withdraws to Ukraine, and the front line is established along the Dnieper and frozen along the line of contact in the Zaporozhye/Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Ukraine will receive electricity from the occupied Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, and Russia will stop firing missiles at Ukraine's critical infrastructure (which means direct dependence on the RF in terms of energy resources — and not for a long time, but forever!)
As compensation for "moral damages", the West will provide Kyiv with a $50 billion loan + part of Russia's frozen/confiscated assets to restore Ukraine.
The rest of the Russian gold reserves will go to the UN (read: US)

Today's meeting in Ankara between the Russian and American delegations is already at least the SEVENTH in the last 2 months (such meetings behind the back of Ukraine weren't advertised before)
