A large-capacity cargo Il-76 took off from Tehran early Thursday morning and landed at Moscow's Vnukovo airport around noon.
▪️Il-76 belongs to the Iranian Pouya Air, which is on the sanctions list. Pouya Air planes are used by the Iranian authorities to deliver illegal cargo.
