The Spanish Ministry of Defence said that between mid-November and early December it will send six Eurofighter fighter jets with 130 military personnel to Bulgaria. From December to the end of March 2023, eight F-18M fighters will be deployed in Romania, also with 130 personnel from the Spanish Air Force.

The Su-30 fighter fell in the Novo-Lenino microdistrict on a two-story house around 18:00 local time (13:00 Moscow time, 10 am UTC)
Both pilots died, they didn't have time to eject
UPD:
After the plane crash, 150 houses were left without electricity
