The commander of the RF United Group of Forces, Sergei Surovikin, announced that the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station would be blown up

Columns of Russian equipment are leaving Kherson in the direction of Berislav. The crossing of the Dnieper to the west of the Antonovsky bridge also continues.

Over the past few days, employees of the occupation administration, the FSB and PMCs have been actively evacuated from Kherson to the left bank. At the same time, there are still remain many combat-ready units of the Russian army and equipment on the right bank.

Sources on both sides say that the equipment that can't be thrown across the river along the dam, the Russians will have to abandon on the right bank.

After the withdrawal of the main Russian forces from the right bank, the dam of the Kakhovskaya HPP will probably be blown up. Those Russian units that do not have time to cross the river before being blown up will remain on the right bank and will be forced to either die or surrender.

On the territories of seven regions — Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov regions and Sevastopol — Putin's decree introduced a "medium response" regime.
The high alert level was introduced by Putin's decree in the territories of the Central Federal District, including Moscow, and in the Southern Federal District.

🟥 военное положение (в четырёх аннексированных регионах — ДНР и ЛНР, Запорожская и Херсонская области).
🟧 средний уровень реагирования (Крым, Краснодарский край, Белгородская, Брянская, Воронежская, Курская, Ростовская области и Севастополь)
🟨 уровень повышенной готовности (все регионы Центрального и Южного федеральных округов, кроме перечисленных в предыдущем пункте)
🟩 все остальные регионы РФ.

Военное положение предусматривает:
▪️Запрет на выезд граждан за пределы страны
▪️Эвакуацию объектов хозяйственного, социального и культурного назначения, а также принудительное отселение жителей в безопасные районы
▪️Введение особого режима въезда и выезда на территорию, а также ограничение свободы передвижения по ней
▪️Привлечение граждан к выполнению работ для нужд обороны, ликвидации последствий применения противником оружия, восстановлению объектов экономики
▪️Изъятие у организаций и граждан имущества, необходимого для нужд обороны
▪️Введение военной цензуры в сфере коммуникаций, а также контроля за телефонными переговорами

▪️В "оранжевых" и "желтых" регионах теперь разрешено досматривать машины и ограничивать движение транспорта, а также отселять жителей в безопасные районы

Martial law provides:
▪️Prohibition for citizens to leave the country
▪️The evacuation of economic, social and cultural facilities, as well as the forced resettlement of residents to safe areas
▪️Introduction of a special regime of entry and exit to the territory, as well as restriction of movement freedom on it
▪️Involvement of citizens in the performance of work for the needs of defense, elimination of the consequences of the use of weapons by the enemy, restoration of economic facilities
▪️Seizure of property from organizations and citizens necessary for defense needs
▪️The introduction of military censorship in the field of communications, as well as control over telephone conversations

▪️In the "orange" and "yellow" regions, it's now allowed to inspect cars and restrict traffic, as well as relocate residents to safe areas

UPD:
До этого власти уже внесли в список мобилизации миллион россиян, которым запрещен выезд из РФ. Этой базой пользуются пограничники, когда проверяют выезжающих граждан.

UPD:
Prior to this, the authorities have already included in the list of mobilization a million Russians who are prohibited from leaving RF. Border guards use this base when they check leaving citizens.

▪️При задержании у подозреваемого изъяли дроны и электронные устройства, которые полиция сейчас исследует.
Кроме того, арестована его яхта Firebird, которая плавала вокруг Шпицбергена и вдоль побережья Норвегии в течение нескольких месяцев, начиная с лета этого года.
▪️Этот арест произошел всего через несколько дней после того, как были арестованы еще шесть граждан России: четверо в Мушёэне, один в Тромсё и один в Киркенесе. Все русские были задержаны с дронами и многочасовыми записями стратегических объектов.
