‼️🇷🇺🛩🇳🇴🇫🇮 Israeli intelligence company ImageSat International (ISI) has detected an "irregular presence" of Russian TU-160 and TU-95 strategic bombers deployed to the Olenya Airbase on the Kola Peninsula near the border with #Norway and #Finland.
Satellite images show that Russia has concentrated seven Tu-160 and four Tu-95 bombers there.
Two days later, the satellite recorded one Tu-160 on the runway of the airbase.

▪️It all looks rather strange, as they are usually located at the Engels base (720 km from Moscow), where the 121st Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment is based, which flies the Tu-160 and Tu-95.

▪️The Tu-160 (Blackjack) was developed during the Cold War and is considered the largest bomber in the world. Its maximum speed is more than 2 times the speed of sound, it can cover 2200 km in an hour.
During the Cold War, the Olenya air base was supposed to serve as a springboard for Tu-95 (Bear) bombers against the United States and was of decisive importance for the USSR.
