⁉️What's the real meaning of Putin's words about "48-hour readiness" at the Security Council meeting?

Only a small part of the meeting was released. In that part, Putin said that the rocket attack on the territory of Ukraine in the morning of October 10 was organized at the suggestion of the Ministry of Defense and was a response to the “terrorist” actions of the authorities in Kyiv.

However, the conflict escalation didn't happen because of the Crimean bridge, but is connected with the implementation of the plan to increase the intensity of strikes against Ukraine, launched after the defeat near Kharkov. Putin urgently needs a turning point in the war.

The use of tactical nuclear weapons is one of the components of this plan. With such strikes, Putin and the command of the Russian Armed Forces hope to make up for the low combat capability and poor units training.

❗️The shelling of Ukraine isn't only revenge — it's also the preparation for possible strikes with tactical nuclear weapons.

In the evening of October 9 and in the morning of October 10, several sources in the Russian General Staff rendered the same message simultaneously. "It would be noisy" in Ukraine the next two days, the conflict escalation is planned to happen, and the Armed Forces of Russia would begin active operations. Among other things, they said about massive shelling and "the beginning of working out the plan."

The plan refers to strikes against dams on the river Dnieper and targets in Mykolaiv, Ochakiv, Kriviy Rih, and Odesa.

“Three tasks have been set:
— to demoralize the population,
— identify and destroy missile defense / air defense systems,
— to destroy energy infrastructure facilities in such a way that the disabling of the hydroelectric power station would require the longest possible restoration and de-energize Ukraine for the maximum period,” one of the sources explained on the morning of October 10.

Another source from the Russia General Staff gleefully commented that strikes will continue to be carried out until Putin decides to use tactical nuclear weapons.

❗️😳🇷🇺 There are raids in Moscow and St. Petersburg: security forces, special vehicles, people are caught right on the street, in shops, for mobilize them for the war against Ukraine.

The collection point is located in the Sokolniki metro station, where everyone is given a number and a military uniform.
Registration also takes place right there in the metro, and from there they are going to send those caught immediately to the military unit.
