Не желающие воевать в Украине россияне должны иметь возможность откупиться от мобилизации, заявил эсер Захар Прилепин: "...надо продумать для них форму финансового участия в общем деле. Например, отчисления в пользу фронта".

‼️На данный момент за неявку в военкомат по повестке гражданам грозит только административная ответственность и штраф от 500 до 3 000 рублей, сообщили на горячей линии Минобороны.
Судить по уголовной статье можно только тех, кто уже мобилизован.
